In accordance with the ‘regulation on the procedures and principles of distant contracts’ published in the official newspaper dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, an obligation was made for contracts for online sales. The contract details are as follows.

The service provider will be referred to as “Transpotation Agency”.
The person whose name and surname are specified in the reservation and / or the people they represent will be referred to as the “Consumer”.

2- Subject
This contract has been concluded between the Consumer and the Transpotation Agency. It is arranged for the sales of services carried out in written, visual, telephone and electronic environment as required by the services that the Transpotation Agencysells and whose qualifications and sales conditions are specified below, and includes the rights and acts of the parties. Includes transfer and vehicle allocation service purchased by the consumer from the Transpotation Agency website. The qualifications of the service purchased are specified in the Website Distance Sales Agreement and on the “Terms and Conditions” pages.

3- Duration of the Contract
This contract is; If the reservation in question comes into force on the date of the confirmation by the Transpotation Agency and no dispute occurs, the service that the Consumer receives will automatically terminate when it ends. In the event of a dispute, this contractual relationship will prevail until the final settlement of the dispute.

4- Payment and Invoice Information
In purchasing service with a credit card, the consumer is obliged to pay the service fee at the time of booking. Making the reservation and payment; It means accepting the terms of the Transpotation Agencyon the Website Distance Selling Agreement and the “Terms and Conditions” pages. Complaints and reimbursement requests must be sent to info@mybahaviptravel.com until 14 (fourteen) days after the service date. Invoice issuance period against purchased service V.U.K. 7 days, including the date of purchase, on condition that it does not skip months. The Transpotation Agencywill use the information provided in the reservation form to document the invoices to be sent to the consumer. Upon the request of the invoice, it will be sent by cargo against the address specified by the consumer on the reservation form. The costs arising from the cancellation and return works of the credit card payments made to the pos system of the bank or the company that provides payment systems are deducted from the amount to be returned. In the refund of the payments made by bank transfer, the transaction cost taken by the bank is deducted from the service fee and the transaction cost belongs to the customer. For requests to be made under the specified vehicles under 24 hours, it is necessary to get pre-conformity by contacting us. In international bank transfers, there may be financial agreements between countries or commissions issued by the sending bank due to the reasons arising from the commission policy of the sending bank or correspondent bank. Commission deductions originating from the bank to which the money will be transferred and the responsibility belongs to the sending party. In order to avoid such a situation, please get confirmation from your bank.

5- Cancellation and Change
When the consumer requests cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the service, the full amount of the service paid is returned to him. If the consumer requests a cancellation within less than 24 hours before the start of the service, the one-way service fee is not refunded, and if the driver is booked with a cash payment system, the transfer fee is collected from the consumer. (If two-way service fee has been paid, the full return fee will be refunded for cancellations before departure transfer takes place) These conditions do not include campaign services, early bookings or discounted reservations. Cancellation provisions are valid for date changes made by the consumer. The consumer will comply with the service contract rules regarding the service purchased from the Transpotation Agency; It accepts that it will respect the life, property and peace of the third person, otherwise it will not be able to receive the service for good reason and it does not have the right to return. If the bank or financial institution does not pay the service fee to the Transporter due to the unfair or unlawful use of the credit card belonging to the consumer by the unauthorized persons after the performance of the service, not caused by the defect of the Transporter, the Consumer is responsible for the service and the damages arising.

6- General provisions
The Transpotation Agencymay cause mechanical malfunctions, traffic accidents, operational failures, air opposition, traffic jams, terrorist incidents, law enforcement applications, etc. to be experienced in the transfer vehicle that will prevent the service from starting or continuing. As soon as he realizes that he / she cannot realize your transfer for reasons, an alternative tool will be tried to be provided as soon as possible and / or it will give information otherwise. In the cases we have mentioned above, the refund of the transfer fee, which has been paid, will be returned to you uninterruptedly and / or in such a case, the price difference arising from the transportation provided by the Consumer by your own means will be paid to the Consumer by the Transporter.

7- Effectiveness
This contract consists of 7 main articles and if necessary, it will be issued in 2 copies and signed by the parties. In case of disputes arising from the contract, the Articles of Highway Transportation Law No. 4925 are applied. Antalya court and enforcement offices are authorized for the dispute arising from this contract. I have declared that I have read and accepted the contract on behalf of myself and / or the persons whose names I stated in the reservation form. This statement; it is valid even if someone else has conducted and / or accepted the reservation process instead of myself. As a consumer, I declare that I have read and understood all of the provisions stated in the Website Distance Sales Agreement and the “Terms and Conditions” pages, the responsibility of the accuracy of my information in the reservation form I have sent, the Road Transport Law No. 4925 and the information on the My Baha Vip Travel website.
